About Learn-AI
"Learn-AI" is an exciting initiative organised jointly by Dayforce, Doracrea and Mauritius Telecom in collaboration with the Office of the President, the Ministry of Education and Human Resources and the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation together with our Flagship AI Partners.
This project, designed to introduce secondary school students across Mauritius and Rodrigues to the transformative world of Artificial Intelligence. This Competition-Based Training aims to demystify AI, moving beyond buzzwords to equip our secondary schools educators and young minds with foundational knowledge and practical skills.
Through interactive workshops and engaging activities with industry experts, educators/mentors and students will explore what AI is, how it works, and its immense potential in various fields. By fostering curiosity and critical thinking, "Learn-AI" will empower future innovators in Mauritius to not only understand this cutting-edge technology but also to ethically create and apply AI solutions for a smarter, more sustainable island.
